Photographic Evidence: My Mom is a Nutcase - Vol III

"Oh, these fancy mansions. Cardinals are such show-offs!"
"Tsk tsk, Martha. This is a very diverse area, cowbirds live right over there."
"Oh Harold, look! I wonder if partridges live there?"
"I don't think partridges really live in trees, dear."
"Pfft. You think you're so smart. Why would they sing about something that wasn't true?"

"These are lovely, aren't they, Martha? I bet it stays nice and cool in summertime."
"Oh yes, but there isn't much of a view from here...."
"I hope woodpeckers don't live upstairs!"
"You always think of the negatives, Martha...what if finches live upstairs? Such lovely songs."

"The neighbors are so close, Harold! I can look out the front door and see their bedroom!"
"Yes, but you can't beat the location...two big flaps and we're at the feeder."

"I wonder if cuckoo birds live here?"

"Oh Harold! It's perfect!"
"Says here, the owner built it herself! We'll take it!"

But wait, there's more. . .

Gargoyles by the fountain.

Turn the old bathtub into a new pond. Wiff widdo fishies, too.
My brother takes awesome pictures.
I take mediocre pictures.
Another beautiful picture, by the broman...It looks like a resort photo, no?

Comments:
Consider yourself lucky. The only thing our huge lawn in Florida ever had for 10 years had...get this....grass. Fucking grass. Wouldn't stop growing. When I started mowing that damned thing it took me an hour. Sometimes an hour and a half. I killed 2 snakes, ran over several anthills, got bitten by a thousand mosquitoes, got rained on several times and watched the motor give out, ruined three good pairs of shoes. I'll take that final scene from The Birds over that experience again.

Amusing pics. And I thought I was possibly overdoing it thinking I might get a *second* birdhouse, LOL!

The rotten chipmunks ate my sunflowers.. I am not thrilled. I can't grow anything else, it's past sprouting season here!! Crap!! :o)

Long time reader, first comment.
